By focusing on the capabilities of the individual, the school seeks to discover each student's abilities while making the most of his or her natural developmental potential. This approach implies the child's natural need to learn and acquire knowledge, as well as the subjection of this need to his or her own willpower.

From the point of view of pedagogical science, learning is a process aimed at transferring knowledge, skills and abilities to students. As a result, learning influences the further development of personality, helps to shape the intellectual abilities of students, which in the future contributes to more successful employment and self-development.  The main goal of learning is that the child develops certain skills necessary for normal development. Effective learning requires teachers to know new techniques and methods, which they actively use to achieve their goals.  What criteria should quality education meet?  Quality teaching that works: There are a number of criteria against which the effectiveness of school-based interventions should be evaluated.

First, a learning outcome must be defined, that is, the path that a child must take in the process of learning in order to get any result.  "School performance" is a relative measure by which to assess learning outcomes.

Many different indicators are taken into account in statistics:  Assessment of the impact of classes on the child and others.  There are also special methods that allow you to divide students into groups, depending on their age and level of achievement.  Normal learning: the main criteria for its evaluation  After the diagnostics of problems of school education you can judge how effectively the teacher motivates the student, how accurate and accessible to the child are the tasks in the lesson, how effectively the game form of work is used in practice, how actively various methods of work are used, including games organized with students, and other techniques.

In order to make the work of the school more effective and efficient, it is necessary to achieve the following goals in their work:  Identify the level of competence of the teacher;  Evaluate the effectiveness of the school's work, taking into account the direction of pupils' development;  to identify the degree of preparation of pupils for work and life;  the results of the educational process in the school, which can serve as a basis for the formation of requirements for the quality of education.

The most important tool for assessing results is student self-assessment. It helps teachers to manage the learning process, increasing the effectiveness of work and providing the necessary motivation.
